June 19 (Reuters) - Britain's largest homebuilder Barratt Redrow on Friday named Rebecca Napier, the former chief financial officer of drinks maker Britvic, as its new finance chief, effective from August 3.

Napier is taking over a time when the homebuilder has seen rising costs pressures and waning demand in the fallout of the Iran war, forcing it to cut back margin and land targets.
