Russia Alleges Ukraine's Energy Strikes Breach Moratorium

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia's defence ministry said on Saturday that Ukraine had carried out five attacks on Russian energy infrastructure over the past day, a violation of a U.S.-brokered moratorium on such strikes.
