LONDON, May 1 (Reuters) - A British woman has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after two eight-year-old girls were killed outside a south London school in 2023, police and prosecutors said on Friday.

Claire Freemantle will appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on June 16, charged over the deaths of Nuria Sajjad and Selena Lau, who were killed in the incident.
Additional Charges
The 49-year-old has also been charged with seven offences of causing serious injury by dangerous driving relating to the incident outside the Study Prep School in Wimbledon, less than a mile from the site of the tennis tournament.
