April 20 (Reuters) - French distiller Pernod Ricard, which makes Absolut vodka, has begun working on a potential initial public offering of its Indian business, Bloomberg News reported on Monday citing people familiar with the matter.
Pernod Ricard India Pvt Ltd has started preparation and is working closely with Goldman Sachs and legal firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, the report added.
