One of the world’s largest ferroalloys distributors is moving from paper documents to ePresentation, using Bolero’s cloud-based technology platform.

RFA International, LP, Calgary (Kanada), Schaffhausen Branch, the Switzerland-based ferroalloy distributor, will use the Bolero technology to slash process times and boost security in the exchange of electronic trade documents with its customers around the globe.

RFA International LP is marketing and selling ferroalloys produced by Chemk Group at its smelting facilities in Russia. RFA International operates throughout the world, serving steel mills and larger foundries in Europe, North/South America, the Far East, Middle East, Australia and Africa.

“As a business with a totally global outlook, RFA International LP is at the cutting edge of the ferrous metals market and always looking to introduce true innovation that brings tangible improvements,” said Mikhail Antipov, President of RFA. “The transition from paper to electronic documentation using the ePresentation solution provided by Bolero will speed up our processes and bring other great benefits for us and our valuable clients.”

Key advantages of the Bolero solution include increased operational efficiency and greater visibility and control. Electronic documents are also more secure than their paper equivalents, providing better protection and risk-reduction.

The truly global extent of RFA’s operations means that Bolero’s ePresentation technology will be in use in approximately 60 countries around the world, extending the reach of the market-leading solutions into many exciting new territories.
