25-Year Financial Industry Veteran Joins Growing North Carolina-Based Bank
Paragon Bank announces that Bryan Pennington has joined the bank’s team as senior vice president and client development officer. In his new position, Pennington will be responsible for cultivating new relationships with private and commercial banking clients helping them to achieve their financial goals and objectives.
Prior to joining Paragon Bank, Pennington served as a commercial relationship manager for CapStone Bank. Over the course of his 25-year career, Pennington achieved recognition for reaching numerous goals and worked to promote internal bank initiatives including loan, deposit and ancillary service sales. Pennington’s long-term success stems from his fundamental understanding of serving the needs of clients first.
Pennington earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Active in the community, he serves as a volunteer for numerous clubs and organizations in the greater Triangle area. A Raleigh native, he resides in the city with his wife, Elizabeth, and their two children.
