Bahri & Mazroei Trading Company (BMTC), the region’s leading provider of lighting, urban, electrical, and water solutions, and a subsidiary of the UAE based Bahri & Mazroei Group, will showcase its range of exclusive lighting solutions from leading international manufacturers of innovative technologies at Light Middle East, the premier industry event to be held from September 23 to 25 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

A highlight of BMTC’s participation is the exclusive showcase of Suncil Solar Solutions, closely following the company signing an exclusive partnership with the Danish-based cleantech company providing micro solar energy to street lighting and infrastructure.

Suncil creates local energy and outdoor lighting without buried cables – a cheaper, smarter and more effective way of implementing solar energy into cities and communities. Also, on showcase will be the Reverberi street & tunnel lighting controls that bring significant operational efficiency and savings.

Among the exclusive product showcases by BMTC include human-centric lighting solutions from Sweden’s Parans Solar Lighting, which capture and lead sunlight through special fibre optic cables in and through the property. With no carbon emissions and being 100 per cent natural, the new renewable energy solution is an ideal fit to the green vision of the UAE.

At Light Middle East, BMTC will present Honeywell branded LED commercial lighting products such as LED panels, downlights, LED lamps and accessories, LED tri-proof luminaires, high bay lights, and ceiling fittings, as well as its high bay lighting that are much in demand.

Esam Al Mazroei, Vice Chairman Bahri & Mazroei Group, said: “Our comprehensive portfolio of exclusive lighting products underlines our industry leadership in delivering cutting edge solutions that meet the vision of the UAE government to promote smart cities and sustainable development. From LED lighting systems to path-breaking new technologies that help harness renewable energy, these solutions are tailored to help our customers achieve higher levels of efficiency and aesthetics.”

He added: “We are truly excited to present the Suncil Solar Solutions to the market. This highlights our commitment to partner with the best-in-class manufacturers and innovative providers of advanced technology in lighting. Suncil’s innovative solutions for street lighting & infrastructure are an ideal fit to the sustainable development goals, as they are clean, affordable and relevant, and help industry stakeholders to harness the power of the sun and contribute to reducing the carbon footprint and emission.”

On Suncil’s participation in Light Middle East with partner Bahri & Mazroei Trading Co. CEO, Lars Bjoern, says: “We are excited to exhibit at this year’s Light Middle East with our local distributor, Bahri & Mazroei. Suncil’s presence is a clear indicator of the steady demand the Middle East has for quality assurance, yet affordable smart city solar solutions. Local experience and knowhow however is a prerequisite for succeeding in the region, thus why we are proud to have partnered with such an experienced and trusted organization as Bahri & Mazroei.”

BMTC’s participation at Light Middle East 2018 follows its successful presence last year, which marked its return to the event after 10 years. BMTC will engage with lighting professionals and industry stakeholders at its pavilion to showcase its wide range of lighting solutions that will help support the UAE in its goal towards a greener future.
