VTB Capital received eight awards at the 2014 Cbonds Awards in the following categories:
In the personal nomination “Best Fixed Income Analyst” Maxim Korovin, Senior Strategist – bonds, FX and rates at VTB Capital was awarded second place. In particular, highlights included the “Best Primary Subfederal/Municipal Bond Deal” award for the government bond issue of Krasnoyarsk Region series 34008; and “Best Primary Corporate Bond Deal” for Russian Agricultural Bank’s bond issue series BO-04 and BO-07.
In 2014 VTB Capital has participated in 54 transactions in the international capital markets, which have secured substantial investment to the Russian economy totaling over USD 21bn. Throughout the first nine months of 2014, VTB Capital took the top position in key Dealogic rankings for DCM and ECM in CEE, CIS and Russia.

The Cbonds Awards are given to Russian investment companies according to voting results of market participants. In 2013, VTB Capital was also recognised in eight categories, including “Best Bond Market Sales”; “Best Investment Bank: Arranger for First Tier Issuers”; “Best Bond Market Trading”; “Best Bond Futures Team”; “Best Primary Corporate Bond Deal”; “Best Primary Subfederal/Municipal Bond Deal”; “Best Bond Market Research”; and “Best Macroeconomics Analyst”.
