Vizolution has hired Marcio Rodrigues as its customer propositions director. Marcio will lead Vizolution’s strategy to provide lenders and advisers with visual solutions which will better engage their customers.
Marcio has advised and helped to deliver customer experience programmes globally for major companies that include Allianz, AVIVA, Barclays, British Airways and Zurich. These programmes have resulted in multi-million pound benefits through improved customer experience coupled with operational efficiencies.
Marcio comes to Vizolution from InsightNow, a leading customer insight and transformation consultancy, and has over ten years’ experience in the customer experience and insight industry. He has worked at senior management level at some of the top financial services companies to deliver market leading solutions that enhance customer experience and accelerate business growth.
