UK’s new car registrations up nearly 8% in January – SMMT

(Reuters) – New car registrations in the United Kingdom rose about 8% in January, preliminary industry data showed on Monday.

The Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) will provide the final figures for the month at 0900 GMT.
