“This is a very important space for our clients here in California,” said Laura Shelby, managing partner of Seyfarth’s Los Angeles – Century City office. “West Coast clients often have operations across the country and need sophisticated counsel who truly understand the nuances of the health care and tax-exempt organization universe.”
“Having literally written the book on many of these issues, Doug and his team are a great asset to our offices in Los Angeles, as well as our clients nationally,” said Richard Mendelson, co-managing partner of Seyfarth’s Los Angeles – Downtown office.
