Philippe Ghanem Appointed ADS London Chairman
Mr Philippe Ghanem, Executive Managing Director and Vice-Chairman of ADS Securities LLC has been appointed as Chairman by the Board of ADS Securities London Limited.
Overview of ADS Securities London Limited
ADS London is authorised and regulated by the FCA (FRN 577453) and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Abu Dhabi based ADS Holding LLC. It works in partnership with ADS Securities LLC, also based in Abu Dhabi and part of the ADS Holding group, to provide a range of online trading services, with a focus on FX, CFDs and precious metals. ADS Securities LLC is regulated by the Central Bank of the UAE.

Recent Structural Changes at ADS London
The appointment of Mr Ghanem as Chairman completes a number of changes at the company including the full acquisition of Pioneer Trader by ADS Holding, the rebranding of the company as ADS London and the appointment of the new CEO, James Watson.
Commenting on his appointment Mr Ghanem said: “ADS London is an important company with a lot to offer the market. I look forward to working with my fellow board members and to advising the management team. Financial trading companies are under a lot of scrutiny at the moment and I believe it is extremely important to work with regulators, to be transparent and always ensure that customers receive the level of service they are looking for.”
