It’s been a busy but rewarding year for Robert Gavin, Group CEO of specialist accommodation developer NDD Group. Not only has he overseen the launch of three fantastic investment opportunity strands at his company’s base of operations in North Dakota, but he has also had the honour of collecting two OPP Awards for Excellence, the winners of which were announced this week.
NDD Group’s Role in North Dakota
NDD Group are a specialist developer of accommodation for oil and service workers drawn to North Dakota’s Bakken oil patch. At the start of the year, the company’s Great American Lodge developments were already attracting considerable attention from investors overseas and had particularly captured the attention of investors from South East Asia.

Launch of Transhudson Hotel – Parshall
Mid-year, NDD Group announced the launch of a new style of accommodation, the Transhudson Hotel – Parshall (available for investment from $89,950). The hotel units quickly began to sell as investors snapped up this new, high spec development, which would house some 396 suites and 12 American Disability Act compliant rooms.
Introduction of Transhudson Apartments
Looking to end the year on a high, NDD Group has now announced its latest exciting development, the Transhudson Apartments – Williston Heights (investment from $150,945). These studio and one bedroom apartments will offer workers in the oil rich state yet another fantastic accommodation option. Robert Gavin comments,

Future Plans and Upcoming Projects
Gavin was characteristically tight-lipped about NDD Group’s next development, continuing,
“We have only just launched the Transhudson Apartments – Williston Heights to the investment community, so I want to give people a chance to get to know that project before I announce anything further. It’s fair to say however, that NDD Group is looking forward to maintaining its position as market leader and presenting some even more exciting investment opportunities in 2015 and the years ahead.”
