Bluprintx strengthens sales and marketing leadership to drive global growth-as-a-service expansion  

Andy Mullings and Lucy Alligan appointed as global directors in newly created roles   

Global Growth-as-a-Service consultancy Bluprintx, has strengthened its sales and marketing alignment with the appointment of Andy Mullings as Global Director of Sales, and Lucy Alligan as Global Director of Marketing. These two newly created roles will support the company’s growth ambitions by bolstering the existing leadership team with data-driven, digital, and commercial expertise across sales and marketing.  

These strategic appointments also align with Bluprintx’s financial services expertise, with both Andy and Lucy bringing client-side experience from the sector. They also both bring proven Adobe credentials, strengthening Bluprintx’s partnership with the market-leading vendor and building on the Adobe customer experiences it delivers.  

For over 20 years, Lucy has worked in financial services marketing which includes almost a decade with State Street Global Advisors. Here she designed and delivered strategies to drive growth in EMEA markets, and more recently led the global digital transformation agenda as Vice President, Head of Global Marketing Automation. 

Recognised as an Adobe Marketo Fearless 50, Lucy comments on her new role: “I thrive in high energy, entrepreneurial environments. Bluprintx is experiencing rapid growth, and I am thrilled to be building the marketing team which presents a unique opportunity for me to shape and develop the function.” 

After almost a decade at Bluprintx, Andy joined one of the world’s largest financial organizations, BNY Mellon Investment Management as Head of Demand Operations. He returns to Bluprintx with Adobe Champion status, having pioneered one of the financial industry’s first fully automated content supply chains and built a new team focused on optimising the associated channel technologies. 

“Moving to BNY Mellon allowed me to challenge myself professionally and acquire in-depth knowledge of compliance, financial regulation, and the strategic challenges that really face enterprise businesses. It’s a privilege to return to Bluprintx with broadened expertise and experience, and I’m looking forward to being part of the next stage of growth – for us, and our clients.”
