Apollo Aviation Group Appoints Pascal Picano As Head of Marketing
Apollo Aviation Group (“Apollo Aviation”), an international full service aviation asset manager, announced today that Pascal Picano has been appointed as Head of Marketing, with overall responsibility for acquisitions, remarketing and sale of aircraft and engines within the firm’s portfolio. He will also be responsible for the management of the marketing team and for all aviation assets on lease. Mr. Picano is based in Apollo’s Dublin office, headquarters for the firm’s origination activities.
Mr. William Hoffman, Apollo Aviation’s Chairman said: “We’re delighted to welcome Pascal to our team. He has significant expertise in deal origination and the structuring of financing transactions for both new and vintage aircraft. With over 20 years’ experience spent in North America, Asia, and Europe, he brings a wealth of global aviation knowledge which will be invaluable, not only for Apollo but also our partners and clients.”
Prior to joining Apollo Aviation, Mr. Picano was with International Lease Finance Corporation and has previously held a number of senior roles with Sumitomo, GA Telesis and SR Technics.
Mr. Picano holds a Masters Diploma in International Business and Administration from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion in Paris and an International Finance Diploma from UC Berkeley in California. He is also a member of ISTAT (International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading).
