Planview Earns Top Gartner Rating
Portfolio and Resource Management Company given the highest possible rating for the third consecutive year
Planview® has received a “Strong Positive” rating – the highest possible – in the Gartner report published May 16 titled “MarketScope for IT Project and Portfolio Management Software Applications.” The report analyses project and portfolio management (PPM) vendors who offer on-premise and/or cloud-hosted deployments of their applications, which are designed to help organisations align business strategy with execution while controlling risks and costs. This is the third consecutive year that Planview has been named a “Strong Positive” in this annual Gartner report.

According to the Gartner report: “Providers receiving a Strong Positive rating in this MarketScope demonstrate a strong global market presence, depth and breadth in IT PPM functionality, and integration with complementary IT software systems. They have a strong commitment to cloud hosting and made significant internal changes to accommodate a new business model without disrupting current operations.”
New Planview Enterprise Version Highlights
At its Horizons Customer Conference last week in Berlin, Planview announced a new version of Planview Enterprise, which merges work and resource management to help customers streamline interactions and improve productivity. Planview will be demonstrating Planview Enterprise 11.2 at the Gartner PPM & IT Governance Summits in National Harbor, Md. (June 2-4) and London (June 9-10).
