Commenting on her new role Cara said, “With the payments landscape evolving rapidly, I am excited to join a company with such an excellent reputation for being an innovator in the payments industry. I am impressed by VocaLink’s decision to commission extensive research into finding out what Britons really want from payment services. The findings reveal there is a real appetite for digital payments, with just over a quarter of the population already banking via their mobile and there are some fascinating insights into changing customer banking behaviour and attitudes, which will shape and transform the way we pay. I am looking forward to being part of the team driving the delivery of new payment services which will meet these customer demands.’’
