Justin Costello
SEAT UK has appointed experienced fleet sector specialist, Justin Costello, as National Fleet Sales Manager.
His promotion from Contract Hire and Leasing Manager at SEAT UK will see Costello leading a team of seven Area Fleet Managers.
Reporting in to Head of Fleet and Business Sales, Peter McDonald, Justin has been selected to help drive true fleet volumes by capitalising on an expanding and highly appealing product portfolio.
Justin brings with him extensive experience in the fleet vehicle sector including sales, pricing and procurement roles across the Volkswagen Group, Manheim Group, ALD Automotive and Auxillis.
As well as driving true fleet sales, which grew for the fourth consecutive year in 2016, Costello will support Peter McDonald and lead the seven-strong team of Area Fleet Managers in maximising relationships with existing customers, while delivering an even stronger fleet service.

With the Leon still at the top of its game, the Ateca receiving acclaim from all quarters and the new generation Ibiza just around the corner, SEAT is extremely well positioned to continue to grow with both our existing fleet partners and by attracting new customers to the brand,” said Costello.
“Alongside introducing our new models and continuing to drive buoyant business sales, I am also looking forward to helping the team provide excellent service and innovative expertise and support to our fleet customers across the UK.”
Building on the success of its fleet operations, SEAT UK recently announced an extension of its four-day test drive initiative and the introduction of the Fleet Excellence scheme to support dealers which sell to businesses.
