NEW BOARD APPOINTMENT FOR WESLEYAN
Wesleyan, the financial services specialist for doctors, dentists, lawyers and teachers, today announced the appointment of Tania Brisby to its Board of Directors.
Tania has more than 25 years’ experience of working in various roles across the financial sector as well as consultancy services and the public sector.
She has extensive experience in areas such as corporate finance, privatisation, debt and equity markets and SME development and has worked across Europe, North America and the Far East.
Wesleyan Chairman Bryan Jackson said: “Tania’s experience in banking and the finance sector will be invaluable to us as we continue our growth programme over the coming years. Her roles working for the NHS and other public sector bodies will also be a huge benefit to us as we develop our offering to hospital doctors, GPs and dentists.
Tania added: “This is an exciting period for Wesleyan as it looks to grow and develop its offering for both personal and commercial advice and support. I’m looking forward to working with a company with a proud mutual heritage and playing my part in the next stage of its development.”
Tania holds a number of other non-executive board positions, including being a Strategic Advisory Board Member for NHS South East Commissioning Support Unit, a member of the Financial Reporting Council’s Tribunal Panels, and membership of the Management Board of Circle Group, one of the UK’s largest housing associations.
