Key Partnerships Takes On Wembley

* CPD event aims to highlight later life lending opportunities for advisers

Key Partnerships has today announced that it will be hosting its latest later life lending seminar at the home of English Football on the 12 July 2018.

Designed to support financial advisers who want to develop their businesses in the later life lending and equity release sector, the CPD seminar brings together a panel of experts to discuss the future of this market.

Having already supported the Financial Services Expo in Glasgow and Cardiff in 2018, Key Partnerships – the specialist referral arm of Key Retirement – is now inviting intermediaries to join them on 12 July at Wembley Stadium at 10:00 to deepen their understanding of this growing market. Spaces are limited and advisers who are interested should book their place via a dedicated online booking form (details below).

This CPD event will include insights from; Robert Sinclair, Chief Executive at the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI), Jason Ruse, Head of Key Partnerships and Channel Marketing Director at Key Partnerships, Stuart Wilson, not to mention a full stadium tour!

The seminars with cover; ‘Later Life Market – where now?’ by Robert Sinclair; market opportunities and expansion possibilities by Jason Ruse. Followed by an overview of the marketing support, portal and materials Key Partnerships can provide advisers from Stuart Wilson as well as tips and advice on how to identify clients who could benefit from equity release. After the presentations, lunch will be served, followed by a tour of Wembley Stadium.

Key Partnerships has seen a 46% increase in adviser enquiries in the first quarter of 2018 compared to the same period in 2017. This highlights the growing interest amongst intermediaries who wish to offer their clients access to the benefits of equity release but may not have the necessary permissions to provide advice themselves.

Jason Ruse, Head of Key Partnerships, said: “The equity release market is growing rapidly and we want to be there to support advisers and intermediaries who want to become involved in this growing market.

“Year on year we have seen an increase of 46% in the number of advisers who have been in touch looking for support with equity release on behalf of their clients. Due to this increase in demand, we are hosting our own equity release event to help support financial advisers who don’t regularly work within the equity release sector.”

Robert Sinclair, CEO at AIM, commented: “As the equity release market continues to grow, it is important for financial advisers to have the right qualifications to advise their clients or understand how they can be referred to trusted advisers. Attendance at events, such as the one provided by Key Partnerships, is a great opportunity for advisers to develop further business opportunities within the later life sector.”

Attendees are asked to arrive at 9:30am with a 10am start all attendees will earn Chartered Insurance Institute CPD points for attending the seminars.
