strengthens Tax department with the hire of Cristiano Garbarini
Cristiano Garbarini joins Gattai Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners Tax department as partner, flanking current partner and practice head Eugenio Romita.
The Tax department keeps on growing, thanks to the large work synergies with the Firm’s main practices.
Garbarini is a highly experienced lawyer with a strong focus on the tax profiles of private equity, M&A, banking and finance transactions. A magna cum laude graduate from the University of Genoa and a PhD in International Tax Law, after various experiences at national and international law firms, in 2002 Garbarini joined Studio Tremonti Romagnoli Piccardi e Associati, where he became a partner in 2012.
Alban Zaimaj will join the Firm as associate from Studio Maisto, too.
Following these appointments, the number of professionals employed by the Firm increases to 82, 24 of whom are partners.
“I am pleased with Cristiano’s hire; he will help us meet the increasing demand in tax work. Cristiano is a highly professional and competent tax lawyer and I am sure he will contribute to raise the firm’s profile even further” states Bruno Gattai, the founding partner of Gattai Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners.
“I am happy to join this firm that is growing at a fast pace and rapidly becoming a reference player on the market. I hope to bring competences and experience to areas with strong growth potential by flanking a quality professional like Eugenio Romita” says Cristiano Garbarini.
