Hill’s Previous Experience at Equity Red Star
Andrew’s previous role was that of Head of Underwriting at Equity Red Star where he has worked since 1999. In this position he was responsible for the setting of underwriting strategy of this specialist Motor Insurer across each of the classes of business written, establishing, monitoring and reporting against financial plans and driving continuous enhancement of underwriting capabilities through the team of Class Underwriters reporting to him.
Success Leading Motorcycle Division
Prior to this Andrew managed Equity Red Star’s Motorcycle Division as Class Underwriter for over a decade, during which time they established themselves as a true specialist Motorcycle Insurer and grew to cover a significant proportion of the UK’s motorcycles, ranging from scooters through to super sports bikes.
