More recently, Omar has been involved with Board and functional searches for consultancies and integrated Financial Services groups.

As Director of Wholesale Financial services, Omar will play a key role in supporting Alderbrooke’s extensive relationship with the banking industry, and utilising the firm’s cultural diagnostic abilities to deliver the best candidates.
