LONDON, April 16 (Reuters) - Britain's top official in the foreign ministry, Olly Robbins, will leave his post after Prime Minister Keir Starmer and foreign minister Yvette Cooper lost confidence in him, a source familiar with the matter said on Thursday.
His exit comes after increased scrutiny of the foreign ministry over the clearance of former U.S. ambassador Peter Mandelson despite a failed security recommendation.
