The much-anticipated opening of the new show apartments from rental homes brand, Tipi, in London’s Wembley Park, has revealed the brand new collaboration between the Build to Rent sector and leading furnishings retailer John Lewis.
Tipi and John Lewis have co-created a stylish range of furniture for Tipi’s newest homes, known as Landsby (meaning ‘village’ in Danish).
“We are delighted to be working with John Lewis to offer residents a quality rental experience This is the next step in progressing Tipi’s commitment to providing renters with their ideal home. We want to ensure that our residents are able to experience the very best, from the plethora of Tipi Perks that we offer to the fashionable interiors collection, curated specifically for Landsby.”
Rajesh Shah, Managing Director, Tipi
The new show home affords prospective renters the very first glimpse of this dynamic partnership in action. If Landsby residents choose a furnished apartment, they can choose from two interior colour palettes, with numerous items of furniture and accessories, handpicked by John Lewis, available to complement each palette.
Alternatively, if an unfurnished Landsby apartment is more suited to their needs, residents can still enjoy exclusive perks, only available through Tipi, such as vouchers to spend with the retailer and a home design consultation with experienced John Lewis staff.
The show-stopper of the new collections is the Tokyo sofa which comes in a choice of three fabric shades. The ultra-comfortable, British made sofa suits both families and sharers and will serve as the centrepiece of the home. Residents can then choose their preferred John Lewis furniture pack: Clementine, Midnight or the premium Slate option.
John Lewis has carefully chosen the furniture and accessories to complement Landsby’s range of apartment sizes and shapes (from one to three bedrooms, each with a balcony or terrace overlooking either the iconic Wembley Stadium* arch or the beautiful, tranquil Elvin Gardens). A number of items are bespoke for Tipi.
This new collaboration, a first for the sector, highlights the synergy between Tipi and John Lewis. Both brands are committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience and providing a service that at once matches and enhances the quality of their products. At Tipi, this means a number of other ‘firsts’ for Landsby residents, from pet-friendly homes and zero deposits for new residents, to Samsung appliances as standard.
“From the outset, we’ve strived to deliver something special at Wembley Park, in keeping with the tone of this exciting new neighbourhood. That’s why we’ve invested so much time and energy into providing renters with something truly different at Landsby. We want our residents to love every aspect of their homes, from the on-site concierge and responsive maintenance service to the outstanding array of local amenities and entertainment options. By collaborating with John Lewis, we are ensuring that those looking for furnished homes in a great location can choose the very best.”
Rajesh Shah, Managing Director, Tipi
Apartments at Landsby are priced from £1,775 pcm for a one-bedroom home, £2,170 for a two-bed and £3,225 for a three-bed. All prices include utilities and 40 mb/s broadband.
