Tech veteran, Bridgett Paradise, to lead people strategy focused on continued momentum

Tenable®, Inc., the Cyber Exposure company, today announced the expansion of its leadership team with the appointment of Bridgett Paradise to the role of Chief People Officer. Paradise, an industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience, will develop the human resources strategy and policy to drive Tenable’s next phase of growth and international expansion.

“Tenable is at a critical inflection point in its growth and establishing the right people strategy will play a foundational role in our continued ability to pioneer Cyber Exposure,” said Amit Yoran, chairman and CEO, Tenable. “We are thrilled to welcome Bridgett to the team and are confident that her dedication and vision will position us to attract and retain best-in-class talent all over the world so that we can continue to expand and execute against our aggressive vision.”

Paradise brings a wealth of expertise in human resources leadership to Tenable. She joins the company from Citadel Securities, the global financial institution, where she held the role of Chief People Officer. Before that, she served as Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where her role spanned global talent management and recruitment as well as organizational design and employee benefits. She spent more than 20 years at Microsoft Corporation, where she last held the role of General Manager, Human Resources for the Worldwide Services division.

“I have admired Tenable and its leadership team and their bold moves as they reinvent cybersecurity for the entire industry,” said Paradise. “I am very excited to join this team and to lead the efforts around Tenable’s people agenda.”

Paradise will report directly to Yoran. Her role will span HR strategy, global recruitment and organizational development.
