    – Specialists in financial services and insurance change programmes

    – Consult. Create. Implement. Advance. The new KA2 approach

    – Clare Walsh and Guido Mittica join as board advisors

Today, sees the official relaunch of KA2, an expert consultancy specialising in technology transformation programmes for financial services and insurance firms. At the same time financial technology industry veteran Clare Walsh joins the firm as an advisor to the board and GuiddoMittica as the Chief Operations Officer. The company was co-founded by Chriss Andrews in 2011 and was originally called Kestrel Advantage. The new website is https://www.ka2.io

Chriss Andrews, founder and CEO of KA2 commented. “The Kestrel Advantage brand has served us very well and over the years we have established excellent, long term relationships with many of our blue chip client base. However, we felt it was time for a change and have taken this opportunity to completely revamp our image and to update our service offerings to be more closely aligned with our client’s needs. I am really excited about the new look and the streamlined messaging which I believe better reflects who we are today and how we interact with our clients. The KA2 ethos is based around our new mantra – Consult. Create. Implement. Advance. A simple, yet highly effective four step approach, which is helping us to deliver our clients’ complex technology transformation programmes.”

KA2’s core competencies are in the financial services and insurances sector. Subject matter expertise spans; cloud migration strategy; creating the modern workplace; aligning enterprise architecture and business processes; designing future proof network and security systems and delivering enhanced user experience through service management to name just a few. The delivery teams are made up of very experienced and skilled practitioners who have all led and contributed to successful technology transformation programmes for a wide range of leading financial firms.

Chriss concluded. “KA2 is going from strength to strength, which is demonstrated not only by the specialist skills and experience the growing management team is bringing to the business, but also by the range of exciting transformation programmes we are currently involved in. I am delighted to welcome both Clare and Guido into the KA2 family. Clare knows the financial technology sector inside out, she is never afraid to challenge established thinking and her brutally honest, unorthodox approach to business is very refreshing. Guido brings in-depth strategic and research experience to his role as COO and his insights and experience in this area will be invaluable as we continue to further develop our capabilities and client service offerings. I am really looking forward to working closely with Clare, Guido and the expanding management team in taking KA2 to the next level.”
