Partnership Enables Business Travel Clients to Utilize Virtual Payment System
Omni Hotels & Resorts today announced it has become the first North American hotel brand to partner with Conferma, a leading financial technology company specializing in virtual card innovation. This partnership will enable Omni to offer its business travel customers a virtual payment solution.
All Omni properties will utilize Conferma’s technology program Conferma Connect, the secure virtual card delivery service, as a way for customers to pay for corporate travel. Conferma Connect is a proprietary solution that automatically finds the best way to securely transmit virtual card information, while making the transaction process simple, more efficient, and provides travel managers real-time data on current travel spend.

Until Conferma introduced its Connect solution in September 2016, the only PCI compliant way to transmit virtual card details was via fax. Although that had remained the most secure method of payment technology, continuing to rely on fax transmission has proved challenging to business efficiency and budgets.
