Global business funder, Bibby Financial Services (BFS), has appointed Mike Fairey as Non-Executive Director with effect from 4 May 2017.

In a career spanning over 50 years, Mike has held a wide variety of executive and non-executive roles throughout the financial services sector, including ten years as Deputy Group Chief Executive of Lloyds TSB Group Plc.

Since retiring from Lloyds TSB in 2008, Mike has taken on a number of senior non-executive roles with a number of quoted and private companies, including Visa Europe, Legal & General Plc and Northern Rock’s ‘good bank’, during the lender’s restructure and transition.

He is currently Chair of Hastings Group Holdings plc and Non-Executive Director at MGM Advantage and Energy Savings Trust.
