Invenio Business Solutions announced today that it has successfully passed its Partner Center of Expertise (PCOE) re-certification. The re-certification process happens every two years and this is the third time that Invenio has successfully completed the procedure.
The PCOE certification is an integral part of the SAP Gold Partnership. It is a recognition of SAP partners who have continuously delivered standardised, high-quality customer service and reliable support. It is also essential for providing the selling authorisation and being an SAP Value-Added Reseller (VAR).
SAP introduced the PCOE certification to ensure that all their customers receive the same high-quality support. To achieve the certification, Invenio had to pass a strict audit by SAP, evaluating different aspects of the support services within the company. These included technical infrastructure, qualified staff, incident management, support processes and deliverables, incident escalation procedures and customer surveys. The use of SAP Solution Manager was an essential part of the audit as it provides a complete IT Management system to manage, support and continually optimise customers’ IT landscape and applications.
