Global leaders in Process Mining and ITSM technologies to drive accelerated process improvement for customers
Celonis, the global market leaders in Process Mining, today announced it has received certification of its application with ServiceNow, available now in the ServiceNow Store. Certification by ServiceNow is only granted to apps available in the Store and signifies that Celonis has successfully completed a set of defined tests focused on Now Platform™ security, compatibility, performance, and integration interoperability. The certification also ensures that best practices are utilized in the design and implementation of Celonis with ServiceNow. Celonis Process Mining technology will be made available in the ServiceNow Store as a native extension to drive ITSM process improvement for ServiceNow customers.
“Celonis got its start in IT service management, so we’re thrilled to be partnered with the leading vendor in this space,” commented Celonis CEO Alexander Rinke. “Our enterprise customers who are currently using Celonis to analyze their ServiceNow processes are seeing incredible results. For customers who want to reduce ticket-times to achieve same-day resolution and lower overall process costs, it’s a no-brainer: Process Mining is an absolute must. This partnership will drive unparalleled value to our mutual customers, and I anticipate that we will be a top performer in ServiceNow’s ecosystem within a year!”
Celonis’ roster of customers who are currently leveraging Process Mining within ServiceNow include household names like Becton Dickinson, Koch Industries, and CompuCom.
“Celonis complements our existing analytics suite and gives our customers unique insights into how to improve the outcomes of their existing ServiceNow operations by seeing, understanding and improving their processes,” said AvanishSahai, vice president of Worldwide ISV and Technology Alliances at ServiceNow. “This joint solution is already in use by selected customers who are seeing amazing results, so we’re excited to make it available to all of our existing customers via the Store.”
