CAPGEMINI CONSULTING STRENGTHENS ITS BANKING TEAM IN THE UK
Capgemini Consulting, the global strategy and transformation consulting arm of the Capgemini Group, has today announced the appointment of Patrick Vance as a VP in the UK Financial Services team. Focusing on Regulatory Risk and Compliance, Patrick will report into Kevin Simmons, VP and UK COO of Financial Services.
Patrick has over 20 years of experience working in the financial sector. He joins from KPMG where he specialised in financial sector regulation and worked with retail banking and insurance clients, running large scale and complex projects to address legacy issues and to develop strategies to address future compliance challenges. He also held the role of the COO of KPMG’s Financial Risk Management business. Prior to KPMG, he worked for the Personal Investment Authority and at Barclays Wealth and Barclays Retail.
In his new role, Patrick will work with Capgemini Consulting’s banking, insurance and capital markets clients to help them understand their regulatory and compliance obligations, manage and monitor their adherence to these obligations, and remediate issues as they arise.

He has a proven track record of helping clients to navigate today’s complex regulatory landscape and his expertise will strengthen our developing capability in this key market area.”
