Brickendon, the award-winning financial management and technology consultancy which turned seven last month, is experiencing significant growth thanks to its innovative and tailored solutions at a time when the financial services sector is shrinking. Sales in the first quarter were up 60 per cent on the same period a year earlier and the firm is on track to target group-wide sales of £30m by the end of year.

“We are very excited to welcome Chris to the Brickendon team,” says CEO Christopher Burke. “His proven track record in the financial services sector will make him a great asset to the Brickendon team.”

Chris Beer said: “I am naturally delighted to be joining Brickendon. It is a talented organisation that I have been aware of for some time and I am looking forward to working with Chris and the team to deliver a range of transformational and digital initiatives for Brickendon’s growing client base.”

Earlier this year Brickendon promoted executive directors Lee Pittaway and Nathan Snyder to partners as part of the group’s plans to strengthen the management team and help guide the company through a period of substantial growth. During the past 12 months Brickendon has opened its first US office in New York, made its first acquisition and increased consultant numbers to over 100. The firm’s expert consultants specialise across five practice areas of strategy, risk & regulation, data, quality & testing and digital.
