Mr. Ferrer represents lenders, lessors, airlines, aircraft manufacturers, publicly-held and private companies, and high-net-worth individuals in connection with the purchase, sale and finance (including lease finance) of private and commercial aircraft.

J.C. Ferrer’s Legal Experience Overview

Mr. Ferrer also has extensive experience in single lender and syndicated corporate and commercial lending transactions involving assets other than aircraft, as well as cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions Mr. Ferrer, who was previously a partner with K&L Gates, is fluent in Spanish and frequently handles cross-border transactions.
