    Alex John becomes a Partner in Livingstone’s Business Services sector team

    Livingstone is delighted to announce that Alex John has become a Partner in the London team with effect from 3 April 2017.

    Alex has been with Livingstone for over 10 years and has played an important role in developing the firm’s Business Services sector and Management Advisory practice.

    Patrick Groarke, Partner at Livingstone London, commented: “Alex has made a significant contribution to the development of Livingstone’s presence across the business and Industrial Services arenas and has demonstrated an outstanding ability to champion client’sinterests through the transaction process and beyond.”

    Jeremy Furniss, Partner at Livingstone London and head of the Business Services sector team added: “We’re delighted to welcome Alex as a partner and to recognise the exceptional contribution he has made across the firm. He is a prime example of our commitment to recruiting exceptional young talent, then encouraging personal and professional development with rapid client exposure, transactional responsibility and promotion in recognition of success.”

    Alex’s recent transaction track record includes the sale of specialist provider of mortgage finance ENRA Group to Exponent, the sale of Trios Group to SPIE and the MBO of Global Reach, backed by Inflexion.

    Alex added: “I’m delighted to have been invited to join the partnership after 10 extremely enjoyable years at the firm. As we continue to expand both internationally and the UK, I look forward to helping build on the success of the existing partner team and colleagues and working with them to take the firm to the next level.”

    Prior to joining Livingstone in 2007, Alex qualified as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG.
