TARTER KRINSKY & DROGIN EXPANDS REAL ESTATE PRACTICE WITH ADDITION OF KEVIN GROARKE AS PARTNERPublished : 7 years ago, on
Tarter Krinsky&Drogin, a leading mid-size, full-service law firm, announced today that Kevin Groarke has joined the firm as a partner in its Real Estate practice. His arrival bolsters the firm’s core strengths in complex real estate transactions for domestic and international clients.
A veteran real estate lawyer, Mr. Groarke’s practice is focused on structuring and implementing acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing of commercial property. His clients include developers, owners, non-US investors, REITs, banks and financial institutions.
Mr. Groarke has represented private, institutional and sovereign investors in investment and joint venture transactions for the acquisition of existing real estate assets and the development or redevelopment of an array of asset types, including office buildings, shopping centers, mixed-use projects, hospitals and other medical facilities, multi-family buildings, data centers, hotels and casinos.

Admitted to practice in New York, Mr. Groarke received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, and received his B.A. from Fordham University. Prior to joining Tarter Krinsky&Drogin, Mr. Groarke was a partner at Dentons LLP.
Mr. Groarke’s arrival follows a wave of lateral partner hires to Tarter Krinsky&Drogin, including Charles Miller (Securities and Financial Services Litigation), Michael Grudberg (White Collar and Government Investigations) and Laurie Stanziale (Construction).
