Rosling King LLP has advised the shareholders of Integral Cradles Limited, a leading Cradle Installation company based in London, on the sale of the company to Premier Technical Services Group Plc (PTSG), a provider of niche specialist services.

Integral Cradles Ltd is led by Managing Director Kevin Walton who will lead the newly formed combined business, has previously worked on some of London’s most iconic buildings such as The Gherkin, ‘The Cheesegrater’, Leadenhall Tower and One Hyde Park.
Kevin Walton commented: “This is an exciting opportunity for both our team and our existing and future clients, as it allows a proven market leading specialist to provide genuine national coverage with the support of the PTSG Group.”

Paul Teasdale, Group CEO, said: “We are delighted to welcome Integral Cradles Ltd as our latest addition to the group; this acquisition enables us to take a market leading position in the UK Cradle Installation industry.”
