Receptional has won GOLD at the UK Digital Experience Awards 2018 in the ‘Best Use of SEO category for their work with alternative finance company Liberis, held on Thursday, 12th July at Park Plaza Riverbank in London.
This cutting-edge awards programme aims to recognise and reward digital innovations that develop and support the customer experience. The award finals provide a valuable platform for participants to share their best practices and promote continuous improvement, learning, and personal development.
Receptional, a multi-award-winning digital marketing agency based in Flitwick, received recognition for their campaign ‘Paving the Way for a Profitable Future,’ which published thought leadership pieces to help grow Liberis’online profile through a broad range of tactics: competitor analysis, attribution modelling, keyword research, and audience identification.
The winners were selected by a panel of independent judges made up of business professionals from across the UK. The awards are proud to be partnered with Usability 24/7 and Giant iTab, along with media partner the Customer Experience Magazine.
Justin Deaville, Managing Director at Receptional, said: “Receptional conducted a best practice SEO campaign that included elements of attribution modelling, on-page and off-page SEO, conversion rate optimisation, and content marketing. By mixing solid SEO with broader marketing activity, we were able to accumulate a series of marginal gains and smash our targets”.
Congratulating the winners, Neil Skehel, CEO of Awards International, said: “We are truly inspired by the outstanding digital talent showcased once again at the UK Digital Experience Awards. This year we have seen many outstanding initiatives which are breaking the mould and creating a digital customer experience journey that is truly supportive and engaging.
