Brief history of the company
Since 2011, NewVoiceMedia has pursued a mission to become the global leader in the provision of enterprise-class cloud contact centre technology. In July 2011, NewVoiceMedia announced that it had secured £2.5 million in a second round of funding from Notion Capital and Eden Ventures.
In January 2013, the company announced new funding of $20m from new investors Highland Capital Partners Europe and MMC Ventures, as well as existing shareholders Notion Capital and Eden Ventures.
In April 2013, the company reported end-of-year revenues approaching $10m and growth of more than twice the rate of the rapidly expanding cloud contact centre market, according to industry analyst DMG Research.
Today NewVoiceMedia has more than 200 customers in 30 countries with over 300 call centres on 5 continents, covering most industry sectors. Customers include PhotoBox, Topcon, DPD, Royal Mail, Lumesse, QlikTech, Denplan, Cunningham Lyndsey, SHL Group and Parcelforce.
