NEWVOICEMEDIA CONNECT 2016 ATTRACTS TOP THOUGHT LEADERS IN SALES AND SERVICE
Conference to highlight the impact of human behaviour on the customer journey
NewVoiceMedia, a leading global provider of cloud technology that helps businesses sell more, serve better and grow faster, will host its inaugural conference Connect on June 30 at AT&T park in San Francisco.
Already, the conference has secured a powerhouse lineup of sales and service leaders including: Futurist and CEO of Tomorrow Mike Walsh, NewVoiceMedia Board Director and former Executive Vice Chairman of Salesforce Frank Van Veenendal, Silicon Valley Business Coach and Organisational Behavior Expert Matt Abrahams, and NewVoiceMedia CEO Jonathan Gale.
Connect is designed to help attendees better understand how they can leverage data, technology and human behaviour to sell more and serve better. Sponsored by Gainsight and MapAnything, and supported by Salesforce, the daylong event will include breakout sessions and special guests with targeted takeaways for sales and service professionals. Forrester Analyst Kate Leggett and sales experts Trish Bertuzzi and Aaron Ross will join other companies including Golfbreaks, Ritani, Eventbrite, Gainsight and Adobe, for an in-depth look at markets, consumers and trends.
“We have pulled together powerful thought leaders across the spectrum of sales and service to discuss what makes customers tick”, says Gale. “We are witnessing an incredible shift with regards to customer expectations, and our line-up holds the key to understanding and preparing for the future of sales and service. Technology has both complicated and simplified different elements of customer engagement. Through our conference, we will dive into the fundamental behaviors of customers and decode what makes a business successful”.
Group discounts are available for those registering three or more persons. Early bird pricing will remain until April 22. Follow event updates and conversations via #NVMConnect on Twitter.
