NATIONAL ASSET SERVICES NAMES TERRI L. MILLER SENIOR PORTFOLIO MANAGER

National Asset Services (NAS), one of the Country’s leading commercial real estate management companies, has awarded the title of Senior Portfolio Manager to Terri L. Miller, CCIM, RPA.

Ms. Miller has served as Portfolio Manager since joining NAS in 2009. She has over 20 years of experience in the asset management of commercial real estate. She has extensive experience working with a wide range of tenants and ownership entities, successfully focusing on the areas of property value enhancement, leasing, operations, management, and investor and community relations.

As a senior executive, Terri is responsible for investor communications and asset management of an extremely diverse range of NAS managed properties that include retail, multifamily, office, medical office and industrial flex assets located in 11 states across the Country.

Prior to her corporate real estate experience, she directed the asset management of a diverse portfolio of investment real estate nationwide valued at $750,000,000 for institutions such as Capri Capital, Allstate Insurance, Citicorp Real Estate and MetLife.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Loyola University, Chicago, Illinois.
