MUFG BOLSTERS LEVERAGED FINANCE TEAM IN EMEA WITH TWO SENIOR HIRES
MUFG (Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group) today announces the appointment of Stuart Randell and Anders Maehre to the leveraged finance team in the EMEA investment banking unit. Stuart and Anders, who both join from PwC’s Debt and Capital Advisory team, bring over 30 years of combined experience to the team.
Stuart has been appointed as Executive Director and Head of Portfolio Management for Leveraged Finance in EMEA, while Anders joins as Director for Non-Investment Grade Corporate Origination, also in EMEA. Prior to his role at PwC, Stuart worked at Barclays Capital, Credit Agricole and ING in Leveraged Loans and workout.
Both Stuart and Anders will work as part of a wider team to support the growth of MUFG’s EMEA clients through raising and structuring capital. Within the same group, Jeetendra Solanki has moved to take responsibility for bank originated transactions.

Stuart and Anders’ appointments follow the recent senior appointment of Mathias Noack as Head of Syndications EMEA. Both Stuart and Anders
start with immediate effect and will report to Atkinson.
