Mercedes-Benz’s commercial vehicle partner, City West Commercials, has announced its new 24-hour servicing at Avonmouth, the port and suburb of Bristol, England. City West Commercials provide 24hr servicing and expertise for fleet managers, SMEs and vehicle owners. Due to modern-day companies wanting to push their businesses to a more time-effective and overall efficiency, it has almost become a necessity for business vehicles to be on the road around the clock. However, there has been a lack of service facility to meet this increasing demand.
The new servicing plan at the company’s headquarter site will allow their customers to drop off their pre-booked vehicles for service, with the capability of picking up the vehicle the next day. The 7am-11.30pm opening hours of the unique ‘service to you’ is also offered in other locations in the country such as Devon, Somerset and Cornwall. This allows customers over the country to feel safe, knowing they are able to receive a quick and efficient service.

City West Commercials has been running since 2009 and provides servicing, spare parts and the complete range of new and used Mercedes-Benz vehicles such as Mercedes’ heavy haulage vehicles and the new Citan model.

City West Commercials runs apprenticeship programmes that make this possible, with five apprentices currently employed at the company. Each of these apprentices has received training, with methods specifically designed to ensure strong career prospects and exemplary ambassadors for both City West Commercials and Mercedes-Benz.
