May 25 (Reuters) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov advised U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Monday of Moscow's decision to launch strikes on sites in Kyiv linked to the Ukrainian military, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
