JOELSON HELPS STAR-STUDDED PASTA EVANGELISTS SECURE NECESSARY SEED FUNDING
One of the UK’s fastest growing food startups, Pasta Evangelists, has worked with London law firm, Joelson, to secure initial seed funding for its highly endorsed brand.
Having already converted a number of leading food critics to its offering, including co-founder and shareholder Giles Coren and Great British Bake-Off star, Prue Leith CBE, Pasta Evangelists is taking the UK food market by storm.
Offering an innovative new direct to consumer concept, the brand has already secured thousands of customers who regularly receive fresh pasta and sauces directly to their home.
Launched at the start of 2017 by Alessandro Savelli, the firm continues to attract the interest of investors, particularly through this initial seed funding phase.
During this fundraising, Joelson’s experienced Corporate and Commercial department supported the management team at Pasta Evangelists with a wide range of legal matters, ranging from due diligence through to contract review.
Speaking about the seed funding, Past Evangelists’ Founder, Alessandro Savelli, said: “We enjoyed working with Joelson, knowledgeable, responsive and great to work with!”
Phil Hails-Smith, the Partner who led the team at Joelson, added: “Pasta Evangelists have brought an excellent concept to market, which has been reflected in the impressive initial seed funding that it has received so far.
“We are delighted that we could assist the brand at this initial stage and hope to lend our support to Alessandro Savelli and his team in future as they continue to grow and expand into new markets.”
