Joelson assist international tax practice with important transaction
London law firm, Joelson, has been thanked by the Partner team at Westleton Drake following its acquisition by CogitalGroup’sBlick Rothenberg.
Specialist private client tax practice, Westleton Drake, has been acquired by Blick Rothenberg after it was attracted by the firm’s expertise in advising High Net Worth US families, executives and entrepreneurial business.
Part of the CogitalGroup – an international business services group focused on entrepreneurial and private businesses – Blick Rothenberg’s latest acquisition builds on the practice’s ability to support US businesses and their employees expanding into the UK.
Announcing the acquisition Nilesh Shah, CEO of Blick Rothenberg, said: “We are delighted to have acquired Westleton Drake. They have an outstanding reputation in their field and are a perfect fit. It is another step in our ambition to build a high quality business focusing on domestic and international entrepreneurial businesses and their owners.”
Throughout the transaction Westleton Drake were supported by Joelson, who provided legal advice on all aspects of the transaction.
