ITC SECURE NETWORKING ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH HELECLOUD

Our strategic partnership will enable our customers to transition their business to the Cloud securely and confidently.

ITC Secure Networking (“ITC”), the assured IT and managed infrastructure and security services (“MSS”) provider, has announced it has signed a partnership with HeleCloud, a fast-growing Cloud consultancy, specifically via Amazon Web Service (“AWS”). The partnership will jointly enable enterprise clients to transition their IT infrastructure securely onto the Amazon Web Services (“AWS”) Cloud.

HeleCloud’s expertise in planning, designing and transforming IT services to the Cloud wholly complements ITC’s vision to become the leading Cloud-based MSSP, delivering service innovation in cyber security analytics and Cloud technology. The companies will focus on core markets for both companies, including regulated sectors such as banking, insurance, telecoms, and legal services.

HeleCloud provides strategic technology consultancy, engineering and Cloud-based managed services and training. This allows organisations to reduce operational costs and accelerate innovation to focus on their core business, and have more confidence around data security and compliance. HeleCloud is able to assist companies throughout their journey into the Cloud environment from vision to implementation. HeleCloud consultants work with businesses to identify digital needs, select and implement products and services, and train staff to use them.

This is a crucial time for companies as they are considering when, not if, they will be migrating core functions to the Cloud and we are also seeing increased concerns over cybersecurity, particularly with the incoming GDPR regulation. By partnering, ITC and HeleCloud will be able to jointly advise clients on the process of digital and Cloud transformation. They will enable companies to build cybersecurity into their Cloud roadmap from the very first step and then guide them through all stages of the process. This will include advice around product and service selection to showcase their capabilities around securing data and provide IT services in AWS. At the heart of the joint offering will be ITC’s leading NetSure360° Cloud SOC platform. This platform has already been deployed inside AWS and will be available to clients as NetSure360° AWS Cloud SOC.

Tom Millar, Chief Executive Officer of ITC said, “The recent number of high profile hacks has placed cybersecurity foremost in the minds of companies all over the world. It’s a fact that most companies will suffer a cyberattack and many will be breached in 2017. There has never been greater demand for products and services that can protect businesses and their vital information. This partnership with HeleCloud means that we are able to instil our customers with the confidence to transition their business securely to the Cloud. By merging their consulting and implementation capabilities with our NetSure360° Service we will be able to provide a holistic consultation, product and service suite to effectively identify and meet the needs of new and existing clients who are transforming their business-critical IT services to the Cloud.”

DobromirTodorov, Chief Cloud Officer, HeleCloud said, “We have been advising companies on their digital transformations and ensuring they make the most of Cloud by establishing the right business objectives and governance. By working with ITC’s impressive service catalogue, we can be confident that our customers will be working with the right partner when it comes to securing their Cloud environment. Likewise, together we can approach new markets and customers and leverage the strengths of both our organisations in building up a new business pipeline and enhance offerings to existing clients.”

The partnership agreement was signed at ITC’s StormCloud 2017 event on 26th January, 2017 by Tom Millar and DobromirTodorov.
