FREEDOM FINANCE BOOSTS CONSUMER FINANCE AND MARKETING EXPERTISE WITH SENIOR HIRES
Freedom Finance, the leading loan platform, has further strengthened its senior team, as Jeff Poole has joined as Managing Director of Freedom Consumer Finance, previously at Tesco Bank and Zoe Cuthbertson joins as Freedom’s new Head of Marketing.
Jeff has worked in the financial services and payments marketplace for over 25 years and brings a wealth of experience to Freedom Finance in the unsecured lending space, which is a key growth market for Freedom. Jeff was one of the key founders of MBNA Europe (now part of Bank of America) and has also held leadership positions at Tesco Bank, KPMG, TSYS and Barclaycard.
Alongside Jeff Poole, Freedom Finance has added to its senior marketing team with the appointment of Zoe Cuthbertson as Head of Marketing. Prior to joining Freedom Finance, Zoe spent four years at BPP, a provider of professional and academic education and has also held various marketing positions at Shop Direct Group, a leading online retailer. Zoe has extensive experience in multi-channel sales, marketing and communications programmes, and will be responsible for driving Freedom’s marketing strategy across both b2b and b2c channels as well as raising awareness of the Freedom Finance brand.
Recently, Freedom Finance acquired Sensible Home Finance as part of its wider growth strategy to cement Freedom Finance as the pre-eminent loan platform in the UK. As Freedom Finance gears up for this growth and looks to expand its offerings across secured and unsecured lending, consumer finance and lending to businesses, the appointments of Zoe Cuthbertson and Jeff Poole will add experience and strategic capabilities to the senior team at Freedom Finance.
