Ms. Cohen joins Rimon from Morgan Stanley Investment Management Inc. where she worked for eleven years, most recently as the U.S. Head of Institutional Legal.

Ms. Cohen represents clients in negotiating investment management agreements, model delivery agreements and advisory agreements with institutional clients such as corporations, Sovereign Wealth Funds, and pension plans. “I am very excited to return to private practice and to join a firm with such an innovative structure and such a deep bench of talented individuals.  I look forward to partnering with my colleagues and clients to develop a way to optimize the service I provide my clients in the most efficient and cost-effective manner,” said Ms. Cohen.

Ms. Cohen earned her B.S. from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law.
