ForeScout Appoints Mark Jensen to Board of Directors

ForeScout Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of real-time network security solutions for Fortune 1000 enterprises and government organisations, has announced the appointment of Mark Jensen to the ForeScout Technologies, Inc. Board of Directors. A veteran of Deloitte & Touche LLP, Jensen brings over 35 years of public accounting experience to the board and will serve as chairman of the audit committee.
Jensen has an extensive array of expertise in accounting, auditing and financial consulting services for high technology companies. He was most recently appointed to the Lattice Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ: LSCC) Board of Directors in June and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Unwired Planet, Inc.

Jensen was previously an executive at Deloitte & Touche LLP where he held many positions including U.S. managing partner of Audit and Enterprise Risk Services, Technology Industry, and U.S. managing partner of the Venture Capital Services Group. He also served as chief financial officer of Redleaf Group and held an executive position at Arthur Andersen LLP where he served as managing partner of its Silicon Valley office and leader of the firm’s Global Technology Industry Practice.
